How Expensive Is The Element Nickel

Book Recommendation for the weekend

Some time ago I "Öland" was read out, and I am in very good memories .
A mixture of thriller and ghost story in the guise of the northern Swedish island Öland. Friends of Arnaldur Indridason and Stieg Larsson will like the style and the story is easy to read but not write flat. The author has planned to write a novel every year, ie in addition to the criminal case, the nature of the island in all 4 seasons and captured the atmosphere of the stories involved.
Oland plays in the dark foggy autumn, revealing the story of an island resident, which began before the First World War, but whose deeds reverberate to this day.
A great story in a great atmosphere. Also, there are always unexpected twists that make the book enrom exciting. one of my previously fastest finished books:)

wishes everyone a nice weekend,
at me with Stephen Baxter's "The Last Wave," a book on global flood and its consequences;)
